How IAMX uses cookies and similar technologies on iamx.live and in the web embed.

("IAMX", "we", "us"), operator of the IAMX platform available at https://iamxlive.com.

This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, how we use them, and the choices you have. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy, KVKK Notice and Terms of Service.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device (computer, tablet or phone) when you visit. We use cookies for the purposes described below. Exact cookie names and lifetimes may change as the service evolves; the categories below reflect the types of cookies in use.

Type	Purpose	Example
Strictly necessary	Required for the website and web panel to function. These enable authentication, keep you signed in during a session, maintain security, and support the operation of the conversational web embed. They cannot be switched off through our site because the service will not work without them.	Session identifier that keeps you logged in to the panel at iamx.live; a token used to protect forms and requests against cross-site attacks.
Preferences	Remember choices you make so we can offer a more personalised experience, such as interface language, theme, or which panel view you last used. These are not essential but improve convenience.	A cookie storing your selected language or light/dark theme so it persists on your next visit.
Analytics	Help us understand how visitors use the site and web panel — which pages are viewed, how features are used, and where errors occur — so we can measure and improve the service. Analytics data is used in aggregate and, where possible, in a de-identified form.	A cookie that assigns an anonymous identifier to measure page visits and feature usage across a session.

Where required by applicable law (including for users in the EU/EEA and Türkiye), non-essential cookies — such as preferences and analytics — are only set after you give consent through our cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via your browser settings.

3. Third-party cookies

Some cookies are set by third parties that provide services on our pages, principally analytics providers and content that we embed. When you use our one-line web embed on an operator's website, cookies may also be governed by that operator's own cookie policy.

Third parties that may set cookies or process related data include:

Analytics providers — to measure and improve usage of the site and panel.
Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers — which may set operational or security cookies necessary to deliver and protect the service.
Our payment processor (PayTR) — which may set cookies during checkout to process payments securely. IAMX does not store full card numbers.

AI model providers used to generate language and voice responses (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) process conversation content to deliver the service, but do not set cookies in your browser through IAMX.

4. Managing cookies

You have several ways to control cookies:

Cookie banner / settings: Use the cookie preferences control on our site your browser settings to accept or reject non-essential categories, or to change your choice later.
Browser settings: Most browsers let you view, block or delete cookies through their settings menu. You can usually find these options under "Privacy" or "Cookies". You can also set your browser to warn you before a cookie is stored.
Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control: We do not respond to these browser signals — as described in this policy.

If you disable or block strictly necessary cookies, core parts of the service will not work — in particular you will not be able to sign in to the panel at iamx.live or keep an active session. Disabling preference or analytics cookies is safe and will not break sign-in.

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies we use, in our services, or in legal requirements.
